The North Carolina Crime Stoppers Association, Inc. was formed in 1991 as an umbrella organization for Crime Stoppers programs in our State.
The association’s mission is to further the goals of Crime Stoppers programs. This is accomplished through annual training seminars which focus on fund-raising, promotion, and operation of our individual programs.

September 22nd-25th 2024 the North Carolina Crime Stoppers Association Conference was in Kill Devil Hills!!
On behalf of the NCCSA Board, we would like to thank everyone that attended our conference and hope everyone had a great time. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year.
